Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to both PG Owners and Tenants using Olprox’s services.
By engaging with our platform, both parties agree to abide by these terms to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
For PG Owners;
1. Service Provision:
Olprox offers a WhatsApp-based tenant management system designed to streamline communication and operations. PG owners are responsible for providing accurate tenant data to ensure our services are effective and beneficial.
2. Service Fees and Payments:
Service fees are calculated on a per-tenant basis, with the agreed amount due monthly. Payments must be made promptly, and any delays may result in the temporary suspension of services until the outstanding amount is cleared. PG owners are encouraged to maintain regular communication with Olprox regarding any payment issues.
3. Data Management and Security:
PG owners must ensure that tenant information shared with Olprox is up-to-date and accurate. Olprox is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of all data provided, using industry-standard security measures to protect sensitive information.
4. Liability and Limitations:
While Olprox strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted services, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our platform. PG owners are advised to regularly review their usage of the service and communicate any issues promptly.
5. Termination of Services:
Either the PG owner or Olprox may terminate the service agreement with prior notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled. Olprox will provide support during the transition period to ensure a smooth discontinuation of services.
For Tenants:
1. Communication Protocols:
Tenants agree to receive all communications, including rent reminders, meal updates, and important notices, via WhatsApp. It is the tenant’s responsibility to ensure their WhatsApp contact details are up-to-date and accessible.
2. Payment Obligations:
Tenants are required to adhere to the rent payment schedule as communicated by the PG management through Olprox’s platform. Failure to comply with payment obligations may result in penalties or further action as deemed necessary by the PG management.
3. Privacy and Data Protection:
Tenant data, including personal and payment information, is collected and managed in compliance with Olprox’s Privacy Policy. Tenants can request access to their personal data and have the right to correct or delete it as needed.
4. Tenant Responsibilities:
- Tenants must ensure timely rent payments and adhere to the PG’s rules and regulations as communicated through Olprox. Failure to do so may lead to service restrictions or other consequences as determined by the PG management.
General Provisions:
1. Amendments to Terms:
Olprox reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Both PG owners and tenants will be notified of significant changes in advance, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be handled in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Both PG owners and tenants agree to attempt resolution through mutual dialogue before pursuing legal action.
3. Governing Law:
